What brings the members together is the common interest for the psychology of work and organizations around three values: * Cooperation at the service of the community * People at the center of organizations * Rigor in action based on research and practice Regular member: Anyone holding at least a graduate degree in a field of occupational psychology and organizations or the equivalent. or Anyone enrolled as a full-time student in a graduate program in a field of occupational psychology and organizations. Associate Member: Anyone with training other than a graduate degree in a field of occupational psychology and organizations or the equivalent, or Anyone enrolled as a full-time student in a university program. Note: In order to help young professionals at the beginning of their career, regular student status may be retained one year after graduation. Honorary member: Honorary members are appointed by the Board in recognition of their contribution to the profession, especially: * Have allowed a marked advancement at the professional level; * Have allowed the radiation of the discipline; * Have allowed a marked advancement of the field at the scientific level. Honorary members have the same rights as regular members. Past Presidents of the Society are appointed ex officio honorary members. By being a member, you have access to several benefits.
