Honorary Members

An honorary member is appointed by the Board of Directors in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the Society, especially:

•  to professional advancement
•  the influence of discipline
•  the scientific advancement of the field

Honorary members have the same rights as regular members. Honorary members, ex-Presidents of the Society and recipients of the Professional Merit Award are ex officio members.
