Foster learning in the organization

Holder of a doctorate in organizational psychology, Geneviève Schoeb has carried out several organizational diagnostic mandates, including issues of work climate and staff commitment. She has also served as a project manager and instructional designer for leadership development programs, as well as conducting a number of training sessions related to employee engagement practices, communication and training. , recognition at work, civility and the prevention of harassment at work or well-being at work. These experiences led her to develop a great interest in the transfer of learning and the use of skills development strategies adapted and relevant for learners.
