We all, at one time or another, pass on knowledge or ways of doing things to a student, colleague or collaborator. But few of us have received training in this area. This workshop aims to share with you some techniques and tools that will allow you to maximize your impact in the transmission of your knowledge, as well as the transfer of learners' learning that will ensue. At the end of this workshop, you will be able to explain the proposed learning model and the actions to be taken as a trainer or as a manager to apply it. Identify strategies to put in place, such as trainer or manager, to promote learning and transfer of learning.

Holder of a doctorate in organizational psychology, Geneviève Schoeb has carried out several organizational diagnostic mandates, including issues of work climate and staff commitment. She has also served as a project manager and instructional designer for leadership development programs, as well as conducting a number of training sessions related to employee engagement practices, communication and training. , recognition at work, civility and the prevention of harassment at work or well-being at work. These experiences led her to develop a great interest in the transfer of learning and the use of skills development strategies adapted and relevant for learners. It is with a view to making a real impact on the day-to-day lives of employees that Geneviève Schoeb continually seeks to understand what makes the training as effective as possible and most useful for those attending the training.
